Victory Ranch aims to provide campers with a collection of talented, mature, and fun loving Christian men and women to make each camp session a success. Every staff member must have a commitment to Christ and to growth, fun, safety, and an excitement for the campers.
Working at a summer camp can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life! It is a serious task and a job for responsible people. Working at summer camp should be considered a chance to serve youth as well as an opportunity for personal development. Victory Ranch offers both campers and staff an opportunity to be themselves in a fun and caring atmosphere of fellowship.
We work to create an environment full of excitement, adventure, safety, comfort and understanding. Our goal is to ensure that every camper has a successful camping experience. Teamwork is the key to that success!
There are many things that determine the success of a summer camp program, but the most important factor is the camp staff. Victory Ranch is only as good as its staff. For this reason, it is only after a personal interview, reference checks, and prayerful consideration that anyone is selected to serve on our camp staff.
