FAQ
General Information
A complete Camper Information Packet will be sent upon receipt of the application. Included will be all necessary forms along with general information giving helpful instructions and details on preparing for camp.
Multiple Sessions
Many campers desire to experience Victory Ranch for more than one session. Each additional session is at a discounted rate. See brochure insert for details. Campers are fully supervised between consecutive sessions, and will have a variety of activities to enjoy during their extra time at camp.
Visitors
Campers are not permitted to have visitors or to leave camp during a session. For the well-being of the camper and the camp, we ask your full cooperation with this policy. Campers are not allowed to make or receive phone calls. Emergency phone number is 731-659-2880.
What to Bring
A complete list of what to bring is sent with the information packet and forms upon receipt of an application. All clothing and equipment must be marked with the camper’s first and last name.
What not to Bring
Victory Ranch cannot be responsible for valuables brought to camp. Campers should not bring the following: food, candy, ipods, cell phones, discman, hand-held video games, expensive cameras, money or jewelry. These items often distract from the camp environment and may be held by the camp director and returned to the camper upon departure.
Camper Conduct
We expect campers to show consideration for one another and the environment we share. These principles are encouraged in simple ways, such as asking campers to help clean up after activities and to respect camp and personal property. The camp directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper when it is deemed to be in the best interest of either the child or camp, or for violation of camp rules. NO REFUND will be given.
